My Story

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. I began my studies in fine art at Boston University before moving to Los Angeles, where an unexpected opportunity in the fashion industry changed the course of my career. I went on to study fashion design at Otis Parsons and spent more than a decade designing everything from couture to contemporary fashion and streetwear.

Throughout my career, drawing remained a constant. Illustration eventually became a way to bring together my fine-art training with the perspective I developed through years in fashion...an understanding of clothing, construction and fabric, but also an appreciation for the person wearing it. I’m endlessly drawn to faces, gesture and the small details that can make an image feel alive.

My fashion illustration has received a Commendation for Excellence in Fashion Illustration from FIDA and has been published in The Fible. My commissioned work has included custom bridal illustration as well as commercial and social-media projects, including an illustrated series commissioned by Diet Prada for a campaign celebrating Netflix’s Bridgerton.

I also enjoy contributing my work to local community art projects, from public murals to seasonal and collaborative installations throughout southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. I live and work in coastal Connecticut.
